Wheelchairs for dogs are something that the major pet store chains won’t carry. You’ll need to look on the Internet. I Googled under dog carts and came up with this one.
Get one of the dog magazines, either DOG WORLD or DOG FANCY. The wheelchair ads are usually in the back. I don’t know what the prices are these days. I think if you study the photos, you may be able to build your own.
It depends on where you get them. I found one on ebay for my dachshund mix for just over $100.00,but they cost as much as $500.00 on other websites.

most of the ones I’ve seen online were $300-$500 you will need to find them online. There are other owners of disabled pets here:
